Craig Shaw BSc (Hons) MRICS FCIOB AaPS

Founder / Director

Craig started his professional career in 2013, working for a local authority before moving into senior leadership positions within private practice in 2021. Craig has been an RICS member since 2021 and gained his fellowship to the CIOB in 2025. Craig is a highly motivated and analytical surveyor, with extensive experience in building surveying and project management within both public and private sectors.
Craig is passionate about giving back to the profession. In his spare time Craig is a Board Member for the RICS East of England, an RICS assessor, Vice-Chair of the CIOB Chelmsford Regional Committee and a STEM Ambassador.

Nick Medlock

Founder / Director

Nick began his professional career in 2015 within the health and social care sector, where he excelled as a director by driving success through robust processes, passion, and a commitment to excellence. His leadership earned the highest accolade from the regulating body, maintaining top ratings until selling the organisation to pursue new business ventures. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to make a lasting impact, Nick transitioned into broader leadership roles, including consulting in social care and mentoring future professionals. He is also a Director in the residential sector, focused on growing a portfolio of managed properties. Known for his process-driven approach and dedication, Nick partners with Craig to deliver an unmatched service at Blue Circle Surveyors Ltd.
